We invited feedback from the local community on our proposals from 5 to 26 November 2024.

All comments submitted during the consultation were considered and responded to as part of the ‘Statement of Local Engagement’, which was included as part of the planning application.

We submitted the planning application to North Northamptonshire Council in December 2024 and it was validated in mid-January 2025. The application documents can be viewed on the NNC planning portal, using application reference NE/24/01201/OUT.
